I am totally in luuurve with this dress. I feel like a waitress in a diner in the 1970's. It was a stupendous thrifting find! The shoes are perfect for it too I think.
These shoes can be a bit 'orthopedic' looking unless they are styled properly but they are just right for slinging hash at Mel's diner all day :)

ReplyDeleteWell that's the great thing about clothing. It can make all kinds of situations glamourous. I was really thinking about it in a 'Cleopatra Jones has a day job and during the day she sticks it to the man kind of way'. I'm sure it was no picnic to be a woman in the 50's either but they sure looked amazing :)
